Welcome
All units have 7-3\4 foot wide doors and 7-3\4 high ceilings.
They all have wooden floors and all doors seal tight to help to eliminate dust and keep out rodents.

A two or three bedroom house, excluding a garage full of items, would fit into a 8 x 20 unit which is equal to 160 sq ft.

A three bedroom house with many items in the garage would fit into a 8 x 30 unit which is equal to 240 sq ft.

A four bedroom house with a large garage would fit into a
8 x 40 unit which is equal to 320 sq ft.


A bathroom would be the size of a 8 x 10 or 80 sq ft.
Helpful Hints
Late charges of $10 occur after 13 days no matter how big your unit is.
Each customer provides their own lock.
For our customers protection, Barham Self Storage sells cyclinder locks for $8.00 which on the open market cost about $18.00 and above.
To rent a unit, you only need to fill out paperwork and pay the first month's rent.
All rentals are month to month
