What do I need to do to start renting?

Come in and sign a contract, and pay your first month's rent (less any
discount being offered) and you provide your own lock.
For our customers added security we sell cyclinder locks for $8.00.

How do I access my unit?

All customers receive their own gate code. As part of our security all customers must stop and enter their code whether our gate is open or closed.

Do you give my code or my unit number is to anyone?

We never give anyones code or unit number out. We only give the code to the person who has signed the contract and we have their photo ID on file.

Do you cut locks?

We only cut locks for the person who has signed our contract and who has a photo ID on file. Furthermore you must sign a lock request form before we will cut your lock for you.

Can I get access after hours?

Only in an emergency if the resident managers are contacted before 5:00 p.m. We also assist customers by letting them come in after hours if they are moving into their unit for the first time.
